QUALITY CONTROL

Four QC stages. AQL 2.5 final.

Buyer-appointed third-party inspectors and on-site QC teams welcome at any production stage.

STAGE 01

Pre-production sample (PP)

Construction, measurement, fabric, trims, and embellishment approved against tech pack before bulk fabric is cut. No production starts without PP sign-off.

STAGE 02

Inline inspection

In-process checks at sewing stations against the approved sample. Defect logs are reviewed daily with line supervisors.

STAGE 03

Mid-production audit

AQL inspection at roughly 50% completion. Buyer-appointed inspectors and on-site QC teams welcome at this stage.

STAGE 04

Final random inspection

AQL 2.5 final inspection before packing. Pass/fail report and photographic evidence shared before vessel booking.
